Requirements
- A current real-estate broker license from Panama's Junta Técnica de Bienes Raíces (JTBR), individual or corporate.
- Every agent with an individual license: if you list for a company with a corporate license, also register your own individual license.
- A Google account to sign in (no new passwords).
- Real, available properties with price, your own or authorized photos and accurate details.

No listing fee and no commissions. TuHogar en Panamá is not a broker: it does not intermediate or charge on your deals; it shows your listing and connects you with the interested person.
How it works

Register your license
Name, license type and number, company and WhatsApp. We check it against the public JTBR registry.
We approve your account
A person reviews the result and activates your account.
List
Deal type, area, price, size, bedrooms, photos, Spanish and English description and location. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
Get leads
Your listing shows "Listed by a licensed broker, license No. …" and a WhatsApp button to your number.
FAQ
How much does it cost?
Nothing. In this first stage listing is free: no per-listing fee and no commission. If paid plans are introduced in the future we will announce them in advance, and nothing will ever be charged without your consent.
Who can list?
Only real-estate brokers holding a current license from Panama's Junta Técnica de Bienes Raíces (JTBR), as individuals or companies. If you work for a licensed company you also need your own individual license: every agent lists under their own number.
How is my license verified?
We look up your number in the public licensed-broker registry of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (JTBR) and compare name, status and expiry date. A person then reviews and approves your account.
Why sign in with Google?
So you do not need another password and so every account belongs to a real email address. We only use your Google name, email and profile photo.
How long until a listing goes live?
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live to keep the site's quality. Usually within one or two business days.
What if my license expires?
Your listings are taken down until the license shows as current again in the public registry.
