Privacy policy

This policy explains how tuhogarenpanama.com ("TuHogar en Panamá") handles the personal data you send us, under Panama's Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations (Executive Decree 285 of 2021).

What we collect

  • What you type in our forms: name, WhatsApp, email, company and role (if applicable), area, budget, bedrooms, dates, preferences (furnished, pets, parking) and comments.
  • Minimal technical data about the submission: approximate country from your connection, browser (user agent), the page you sent it from, and date and time.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Please do not send sensitive data (health, bank details, ID documents) through the forms.

How we use it

  • To answer your request by WhatsApp or email and follow up.
  • Where needed to serve you, to share your request with a licensed real-estate broker or the provider of the service you asked for. We will tell you first.
  • To meet legal obligations.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox, and handling the request you make. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Where it is stored and for how long

Requests are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., an infrastructure provider whose servers may be outside Panama; by submitting the form you accept that transfer. We keep requests for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to Lzelaya@conzzul.com. We reply within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to requests is limited to the people handling them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
