tuhogarenpanama.com is an information and contact portal about housing in Panama, run by Luis Zelaya from Panama City. It does not act as a real-estate broker and does not charge commissions on real-estate transactions. When a request requires real-estate brokerage, it is referred to brokers licensed by Panama's Junta Técnica de Bienes Raíces, who are responsible for their own services.

Prices in the area guides are asking-price ranges from published listings on the stated date. They are not closing prices, appraisals or offers.
Place details (schools, shops, clinics, transport) were checked on the stated date and may change. Please confirm with each place.
Each property's information is provided by its advertiser. Verify size, price, legal status and terms before signing or paying.
The mortgage calculator gives a rough estimate. Rates, terms and approval depend on each bank.
